Share ownership
Share capital of MHP S.A. as of 09.05.08 consisted of 110, 770,000 shares, with a nominal value of two Euro (€2.00) each. In May 2008 MHP S.A. completed an initial public offering (IPO). Free float of MHP S.A. as of 16.05.09 amounted to 22.32% per cent of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital. Our GDRs are listed on the LSE under the ticker MHPC. Each GDR represents one ordinary share.
