Yuriy Kosiuk
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kosiuk founded MHP in 1998 and is also the CEO of JSC MHP. In 1995 he founded the Business Centre for the Food Industry (BCFI) and was President until 1999. BCFI operated in the domestic and export markets for grain and other agricultural products. Mr. Kosiuk graduated as a processing engineer in meat and milk production from the Kiev Food Industry Institute in 1992.

Anna Dragomyretska
Head of Legal Department

Anna Dragomyretska has served as a member of the board of JSC MHP from July 2002 through December 2007. She is responsible for corporate and legal issues at MHP. She has been working at MHP since 13 November 1998. Ms Dragomiretskaya worked at the BCFI as a lawyer from September 1997 until November 1998. Prior to that, Anna worked as a lawyer with the law firm of Ukryurservice from December 1996 until September 1997. She graduated from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University with a diploma in law in 1996.

Artur Futyma
Director of Development

Mr. Futyma joined MHP in 1998 and was elected to the board in 2007. He was previously at BCFI. He is responsible for developing and managing new projects, and was a director of MHP’s agricultural department between 2001 and 2007. He graduated from the Kiev Institute of Food Industry in 1992 with a diploma in food machinery engineering.

Dina Ivleva
Chief Technologist

Dina Ivleva has served as a head of chicken production of MHP since 30 November 1998 and prior to that worked at BCFI since 1997. She is also responsible for training head technologists for MHP’s chicken farms. Ms Ivleva has over 30 years of experience in the poultry industry and, prior to joining BCFI served at the Ukrainian Ministry of Agriculture as head of its poultry technology department. Ms Ivleva graduated from Moscow State Agricultural University with a diploma in poultry production in 1968.

Viktoriia B Kapeliushna
Chief Financial Officer

Ms Kapeliushna, who is also Financial Director of JSC MHP, joined MHP in 1998 and was elected to the board in 2006. She was previously Deputy Chief Accountant, then Chief Accountant, of BCFI. She holds diplomas in meat processing engineering, 1992, and financial auditing, 1998, from the Kiev Institute of Food Industry.

Vice President, Consumer Products Division

Become Vice President, Consumer Products Division in August 2011. Before MHP Yuriy worked at Kraft Foods, Vice President, Member, Board of Management for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa. More than 20 years worked in the U.S., almost for the same period of time he was engaged in consulting services in the United States, Romania and Ukraine. PhD - Econometrics and Mathematical Economics - University of New York.

Yuriy Melnyk
First Deputy CEO

July 2010 – In June 2010 Yuriy Melnyk was appointed First Deputy CEO of Myronivsky Hilboproduct (“MHP”). Prior to joining MHP Yuriy held the position of Agricultural Minster for Ukraine and Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, as well as serving as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. Yuriy is a Doctor of Agriculture and has been a correspondent member of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine from 2002. In 2004 he was awarded the State Prize of Ukraine in science and technology. He has also been awarded Honored worker of agriculture and became an honorary of Hero of Ukraine in 2009. He graduated from the Ukrainian agriculture academy as a Zooengineer in 2004

Maxym E. Pysarev
Director of Production

Maxym E. Pysarev has been the Deputy Chairman of the board of JSC MHP on production processes since November 2007. Prior to joining MHP, he worked at JSC ‘‘Poultry Farm Dniprovsky’’ where he served as the chairman of the supervisory board between July 2002 and February 2007 and then as first deputy of the CEO between February 2007 and October 2007. Mr Pysarev served as the Director of Attis LLC, where he was involved in securities dealings from October 1997 to June 2002. He graduated from Zaporizhya State University with a diploma in accounting and audit in 1997.
