“Foie Gras” appeared on the Ukrainian market in July 2005

MHP is Ukraine’s only commercial producer of goose and foie gras. Our foie gras is sold, chilled and frozen, under our “Foie Gras” brand. It is packed in special skin-packing, which help extend freshness and preserves the properties of this product.

Furthermore, under the “Foie Gras” brand there are ready to use products such as: foie gras mousse, terrine and confit.

MHP produces goose and foie gras at its Snyatynska complex. Regarding the results of audit that took place from 9th to 11th February 2010, the group of auditors has given the certificates of meeting the requirements of ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2008 to the company.
