Chilled, vacuum packed and matured "Certified Angus" is a brand of deli beef, produced entirely of meat breed bulls Aberdeen-Angus. Due to special cultivation technology , the meat is juicy and tender. Gourmets believe that Angus meat is the standard for steaks. Brand "Certified Angus" entered Ukrainian market in August 2004. The range includes 27 different items - steak, roast beef and other meats for roasting.
The agricultural facility – Druzhba Narodiv – is the only farm in the country that rears this breed and produces meat of such a high-quality.
