Due to the extremely heavy rains that occurred in the western part of Ukraine on July 23-27, the population of 6 oblasts suffered from the flood previously unseen in the region.

The employees of the Myronivsky Khliboprodukt Public Corporation did not stay aside from the disaster suffered by the fellow Ukrainians. In particular, on the initiative of the management of SG Starynska Poultry Factory Public Corporation, collection of alimentary aid to the victims of the flood in Western Ukraine was conducted on August 3. All together, the inhabitants of the villages Myrne and Mali Yerkivtsi and the employees of the company gathered 88 sacks of potato. Also, 1,000 kg of sugar and 1 ton of wheat have been collected. Starynska Poultry Factory has provided 12.5 tons of wheat and transportation, which on August 5 dispatched the collected aid to the people who are in need of it – the inhabitants of the village of Richka of Kosovsky district of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast.
