Agricultural LLC Druzhba Narodiv
The enterprise joined the group in 2003. It is one of the MHP’s businesses with a full cycle of agricultural production. The total area of the Crimean farm land equals approximately 17 thousand hectares. They are used to grow grains and legumes, which are processed into feeds for livestock raised by the agricultural enterprise.
On average, 10 million tonnes of winter wheat, 4 thousand tonnes of winter barley and 6 thousand tonnes of corn are enough to support the Druzhba’s considerable livestock population: more than 16 thousand heads of cattle (with 30 thousand heads raised annually) and 24 thousand pigs.
One of the core activities of Agricultural LLC Druzhba Narodiv is manufacturing sausages and smoked meat products (under the Druzhba Narodiv trademark). The enterprise’s average daily output capacity amounts to 45 tonnes. Its annual output reaches 16 thousand tonnes. In addition, the enterprise produces premium beef (under the Certified Angus trademark) made from Aberdeen-Angus bulls.

"Meat Processing Plant ALLC "Druzhba Narodiv"
- a branch of ALLC "Druzhba Narodiv". Meat Processing Plant produces 50 tonns of meat per day, the range offer more than 90 items. Meat Processing Plant is a leading producer at Ukrainian meat market and is currently implementing an integrated management system of food safety and quality according to international standards - ISO 9001-2001, ISO 22000-2005. In 2011 production capacity reached 17 thousand tonns per year.

LLC Snyatynska Nova Poultry Farm
In 2002, MHP put into operation a new poultry farm in Western Ukraine. The farm’s general business profile includes poultry farming. Since 2005, the enterprise has been concentrating its efforts on the manufacture of poultry delicacies, namely, goose meat, foie gras and ready meals made from them.
The enterprise has a closed production cycle. Its facilities include a hatchery (with 30 thousand egg setting capacity), poultry houses for parent stock and young birds; a feed manufacturing division; a slaughterhouse (3 thousand geese daily); and its own vehicle fleet. Each year, the poultry farm produces 300 tonnes of goose liver alone.
The poultry farm is headed by Mihail D. Lazarenko who manages 450 staff.

Myronivsky Meat Processing Plant “Lehko”
This meat processing plant is the largest domestic meat- and poultry-based convenience food manufacturer which specializes in comprehensive processing of chicken, pork and beef. It took MHP 13 months to establish this complex, which has been in operation since 2006.
Modern Dutch equipment ensures uninterrupted operation of five processing lines with the output capacity of 100 to 120 tonnes of finished products per day. As for the enterprise’s annual sales, its shipment volume amounts to almost 10 million tonnes.
The range of meat- and poultry-based products and prefabricated meat includes 43 items, marketed under the “Lehko!” trademark. Their quality and safety assurance are monitored by the own laboratory fitted out with state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, the enterprise was certified under ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 22000:2005.
Myronivsky Meat Processing Plant “Lehko” employs 281 people, with Kryvoshei Oleg Vasylyovych as its director.

PrJSC Ukrainian Bacon
The enterprise joined the group in 2008. Since then, MHP has evolved into a national leader in the sausage product market. The factory that used to manufacture only 2 tonnes of products in the early days of its operations has by now boosted its output 25-fold. In addition, it has set up a production line to manufacture ready-to-cook products (dumplings and pancakes) with the output capacity of 20 tonnes per day.
The enterprise’s total product line comprises 110 types of cooked sausages, smoked and cooked products, frankfurters and wieners. They are marketed in Ukraine under the Bashchinsky and Europroduct trademarks.
Ever since the Ukrainian Bacon was set up, it has been headed by Mykhaylo Borysovych Bashchinsky. The enterprise employs 810 people.

PrJSC Crimean Fruit Company
Since 2006, MHP has gone into the fruit business in Ukraine. After joining the group, the Crimean company first renovated perennial plantations of fruits (apple trees, grapes, peach trees, pear trees, strawberries) and expanded its facilities. Thus, in 2009 the enterprise cultivated 12,500 hectares of land. Concurrently with the above, the CFC managed to establish one of Europe’s largest centers for fruit and berry crop research and young plant cultivation. Its total area amounts to 215 hectares. The centre’s activities are guided through consultations with experts from Germany and Italy.
The enterprise’s own vehicle fleet (100 tractors and the same number of cars with the necessary equipment) enables it to harvest crops in due time. Subject to weather conditions, its total fruit output amounted to 55 thousand tonnes per year, with 3.5 million young plants sold during the same time period.
Sychkar Anotoliy Olegovych is chairman of the board of CJSC Crimean Fruit Company, with 1400 qualified agronomists working under his supervision.

LLC Cherkasky Ferroconcrete Products Plant
2005 became the starting point for the plant’s renovation. After joining the MHP, the enterprise immediately began supplying construction materials for the future PrJSC Myronivska Poultry Farm. The money spent on the plant has, consequently, more than paid off, making it a successful investment.
At present, the plant supplies MHP’s businesses with reinforced concrete frames and the necessary associated materials. It contributes to the construction of new poultry houses and production departments. The plant’s annual output capacity exceeds 47 thousand cubic meters of ferroconcrete products and almost 2.5 thousand cubic meters of ready-mix concrete.
LLC Cherkasky Ferroconcrete Products Plant employs 167 people, with Anatoliy Ivanovych Korpusov as its director.
