  • Quality control at every stage of production

Indicators of quality and safety of the products are comprehensive and depend not only on the production processes, but also on the raw materials used. Therefore, the quality and safety control as a part of PJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct starts at the stage of growing the grain crops, since healthy fowl is the first step to quality and safe food products. The balanced feed provides the poultry with the micro- and macronutrients required for healthy and valuable development. Four own plants for manufacturing feeds enable to plan individual rations for poultry depending on its type, age, purpose, etc.

The incubation process is fully automated being as close to natural process as possible: temperature, humidity and air circulation. Beginning from one day age, the qualified workers including veterinaries constantly monitor the poultry.

 

  • Laboratory control

Laboratory control throughout all stages of production is an additional guarantee of food quality and safety. Monitoring of housing conditions and health of the poultry, control of incoming raw materials, quality sanitation and disinfection of the working environment, quality and safety of the finished product – all these aspects of quality and safety are controlled by both MHP laboratories and third-party independent laboratories accredited as to compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.

 

  • Transportation

Proper transportation is a no less important stage on the way of the product to the end consumer. This is the reason why PJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct uses only its own fleet for confidence in transportation of the products in proper conditions to the distribution centers, retailers and outlets.

 

  • Certification

At all enterprises of PJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct manufacturing the food products, modern technologies of production, processing and packing have been implemented. Food quality and safety management systems at such plants have been developed and implemented based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (НАССР) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), certified for compliance with the key management standards. The capacity of the implemented management systems is annually confirmed by the certification authority.

In 2016 PJSC Myronivsky Hliboproduct has commenced implementation of the Global G.A.P. – an integrated agricultural production management system covering the processes of poultry growing from obtaining an egg to transportation of poultry for slaughtering. The standard requirements are based on the Good Agricultural Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (НАССР), environment protection, health and welfare of employees, wellness of animals.
